- Please full charge battery first using. (When charging the red light flashing , after fully charged battery indicator light change green and continuous on)The brightness have four levels: 50% brightness, 75% brightness 100% brightness 25% brightness.Through the standard USB cable can be directly connected to the 5v output charge for mobile phone, game consoles, digital cameras, MP4 and other small capacity equipment.Plug the standard LED bulb into DC1 ~ DC4 any hole, then switch on bulb.
