A: T/T or L/C at sight, Western Union is also workable for us to accept.

A: We offer free samples in certain quantity and delivery within 5-7 working days.

A: Order Process just as following:
a. Inquiry - provide us all clear requirements.
b. Quotation - official quotation form with all clear specifications.
c. Printing file - PDF, Ai, CDR, PSD, the picture resolution must be at least 300 dpi.
d. Sample confirmation - digital sample, blank sample without printing or hardcopy.
e. Payment terms - T / T 30% in advanced, balanced before shipment.
f. Production - mass production.
g. Shipping - by sea, air or courier. Detailed picture of package will be provided.

A: Sample order: 5 - 7 working days;
Mass order: 25 - 30 working days after 30% deposit received.

A: For one certain model, usually our MOQ is 100 ~ 500pcs, but we also accept sample order for trial.
Q7. Can your factory make the lights based on customers' design?
A: Yes, OEM and ODM service are available, we have professional designing team.
Q8. What is the guarantee you can provide?
A: Normally 1-3 years' warranty for different items, during the period of warranty, if there are any problems with the quality, you can send us the pictures or video. Then we can feeback to our factory to provide best advices for you to solve this situation during warranty.
Q9. What is the shipping methods?
A: We usually ship the goods by DHL, FEDEX, UPS, Sea freight etc, also you can choose the other way that best for you.
Q10. When will you ship out the item and can I have the tracking NO.?
A: The Item will be shipped within 2-3 working days upon payment received (holidays excluded), and of course, tracking will be updated to you ASAP.

A: Yes, welcome. We can do as your design and you provide us your file, that our design will do it for you. And the MOQ need to be 500~1000pcs at least.
