Jazz legend Billie Holiday once lived in this Upper West Side townhouse, which is now on the market for $13.99 million.

The Renaissance Revival brownstone, at 26 W. 87th St., is where “Lady Day” lived until her death at age 44 in 1959 — and where she reportedly held one last birthday for herself, according to reports.

This property is also where she released one of her most famous albums, “Lady in Satin,” in 1958.

The current owners bought the home for $9.47 million in 2017 — far less than its original $12.95 million asking price in 2015. They then hired architect Amie Sachs, formerly of Annabelle Selldorf Architects, to do a full renovation.

The 20-foot-wide, six-story townhouse, standing a block from Central Park, was built in 1910 and no longer has its original stoop.

At 6,300 square feet, it comes with seven bedrooms, six bathrooms, two powder rooms, six fireplace mantels and 10- to 12-foot ceilings.
